New Look Website - Designed by Alves Primary Pupils

The pupils of Alves Primary School invited a local web designer to teach them about website design. They were shown what makes a good website, including colours, layout, and packaging information.

At the end of the lesson the pupils were placed in groups and tasking with drawing a design for the new website. Each pupil was allowed to vote for their favourite design and winning group had their design turned into the new school website.

As you can see, there were one or two alterations to make the page fit, but the base design is completely unchanged.

I was incredibly impressed with both the interest shown by the pupils and also the brilliant designs and ideas that came from the school children.
